Every two years the Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs partners with other state and federal organizations to host an Oregon Women Veterans Conference.  This free event offers women veterans an opportunity to connect with other women veterans and learn about the benefits that they have earned as a result of their honorable service.  This years conference theme is "I am a veteran and this is my journey"  We invite you to tell us about your journey during this registration process in the area provided. Please make sure to click the links below as well to book your room now. Please note that if you register for the optional events, the ticket system will say free, however, each event will require pre-payment via mail or at the conference.  (Cash, Check, Money Order)  The system will allow you to go ahead and register but you each optional event does incur a fee. We are unable to accept funds online and apologize for this inconvenience. 

The Friday evening Crazy Sock & Auction optional event will consist of some light snacks and a cash bar.  Also a competition for the craziest socks; the categories for the sock contest include (most patriotic,  creative, green/recycled, and Oregon State Spirit). This casual social event will give you opportunities to network with other veterans, vendors, and service providers.  Remember to wear your craziest pairs of socks for the party theme.  The Saturday evening reception will be more of a business casual event where the female veteran of the year award will be presented. Food will be served along with the award presentation. 

The conference assemblies and seminars are geared toward women veterans.  Spouses are encouraged to attend the optional social events on Friday evening and the optional dinner on Saturday.  You must purchase an additional ticket for them to attend these events.
